Purchasing Our Prints - Ordering And Information
Our passion is the creation of fine art images that evoke your senses. Each and every image is painstakingly crafted from capture through to the final print.
To place an order to purchase images from our gallery, please contact our office directly on 0411 246 300 or by email via our contact form such that we are able to further discuss and answer any related questions about print size, paper type, mounting and mouldings and delivery.
A 50% deposit of the order total is required to confirm an order where we will have the image processed to your requested specification. For hand delivered prints in the Sydney metro area and or pickup, the balance of 50% of the order will be due on delivery when the image s ready for hanging. For orders outside the Sydney metro area, we require final payment to be settled prior to delivery of print.
All our images are printed per customer order taken (as we do not hold stock). Please allow 5 weeks processing from the time of your order to delivery.
We will contact you in advance to confirm final delivery.
For orders placed and delivered in the Sydney metro area, we are able to hand deliver the final image to you.
We accept the following payment methods:
All our images have been processed on our high-end colour calibrated monitor to ensure accurate and correct colour when printed.
All efforts have been made to represent all images on this site with corresponding vivid colours and tonalities as expected in the physical print.
However, due to differences in screen technologies, digital compression of the JPEG images used on this site and other variations, the colours viewed on screen may not be a true representation of the actual colour and tonality in the final (physical) print.
The colour, sharpness and depth of our Open Edition and Limited Edition finished prints is far superior to what is able to be represented on a small screen at low resolution.
Our images are available as either Open Edition or Limited Edition prints.
Open edition prints are not limited in number, and therefore are more readily available. Open edition prints are crafted to the highest quality standards, and are printed on a variety of professional papers (subject to availability).
Open edition prints may either be hand signed or included digitally as part of the image. Open edition prints are not numbered.
Our limited edition prints are a selection of our best and very unique images from our collection, and therefore only a limited number of each print is released. As our collection increases, new limited edition prints will be made available. Each print is crafted to the highest standards and are printed on the very best photographic archival papers on the market to ensure future value of the Limited Edition print is maintained.
Each limited edition print is hand titled, signed and numbered by the photographer and is accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity.
All of our origional Limited Edition prints purchased from Balmoral Photography will include a Certificate of Authenticity to certify the Print as an original print from Balmoral Photography.
Each certificate features the name of the photographer, image of the print, hand written title, print ID, edition number and Balmoral Photography Seal.
Each certificate is signed and dated by the photographer.
